Before anything else, let’s have a chat.
We want to get to know you and your project. Only then, we will see whether we can help you and whether the alchemy is working.
Fully aligned fee structure
If a startup passes our selection process, we may work with a success fee. In that case, if the fundraising is not successful, it’s no success, no pay – we bear that risk alongside founders!
Otherwise, we charge an average fee of 5% of the amounts raised, that we may adapt to the size of the deal.
Tailor-made projects
When we work on tailor-made project, we give you a fixed fee whenever possible!
If it’s not an option, then we provide an indicative budget for each phase of the mission, based on our startup-friendly hourly rate.
Eligible for subsidies?
We use subsidies every time we can, and are accredited for Prime à la consultance and Chèques-entreprises. Thanks to that, eligible companies in Brussels or in Wallonia need to cover only 50% of our fees on average!
