Victoria Liégeois

Senior Legal Associate

Victoria joined deminor NXT/dups in July 2024, bringing a strong international legal background and a sharp focus on corporate governance, shareholder dynamics, and strategic negotiations.

She holds a Master of Laws from UCLouvain, complemented by studies at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna and an LLM in European Law from King’s College London. Her academic journey reflects a clear dedication to understanding both the legal and economic dimensions of business across borders.

Before joining deminor NXT/dups, Victoria worked as an associate at Linklaters from 2020 to 2024, advising clients on M&A, corporate law, and governance matters. Her experience spans both transactional and advisory work, with a particular interest in supporting entrepreneurs and minority shareholders through complex legal challenges.

At dups, Victoria helps entrepreneurs navigate shareholder agreements, fundraising negotiations, and governance structuring with clarity and confidence. She combines legal rigour with a pragmatic mindset.

Outside of work, Victoria is passionate about debate and diplomacy, having served as President of MUN Society Belgium. She brings that same energy and precision to every negotiation.
