On December 2nd, dups and Deminor Shareholder & Governance Services were invited by VOKA as part of the investor readiness program for scale-ups.

On the agenda were two concise sessions, starting with the topics of corporate governance (#what'stherealvalueanyway?) and best practices for establishing and organizing an advisory board/board of directors in early-stage companies.

The day concluded with key takeaways and practical tools for professionalizing internal organization and preparing for the entry of an external investor.
