We’re not a traditional advisory boutique. We combine financial analysis with legal and strategic insight to protect value, structure transactions, and secure fair outcomes. From designing shareholder agreements and governance frameworks to supporting M&A and equity transactions, we ensure businesses stay on track for growth while safeguarding every stakeholder’s interests.

·       You will be part of ourfinancial team in charge and perform assignments for shareholders, directors,investors and entrepreneurs.

·       You will develop and useyour fields of expertise, i.e. M&A transactions, funding rounds, valuations, preparing financial analysis and dashboards, business plan review, building up cash-flow models, fairness opinions, market research, etc.

·       You will draft and review business plans, information memoranda and valuation reports for startup clients.

·       You will build financial models and carry out financial analyses of corporate accounts, sector orindustries.

·       Participate in and/or lead client meetings, negotiations and assist clients at board and shareholders meetings.

·       You will be actively involved in acquiring new clients, attending networking events and contributing to deminor NXT and dups publications and newsletters.

·       Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

·       At least 5 years ‘on the job’ experience in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or similar environment.

·       Relevant experience in deal-making, knowledge of corporate finance techniques (valuation, budgeting).

·       Results-driven attitude combined with strong analytical skills.

·       You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), you understand and ideally speak French too.

·       A team player with business development ambition.

·       Flexibility, proactive approach and reliability.

·       Mastering Excel and a strong understanding of the Office suite is a must.

·       You will work from our office in Gent, but have no problem going to our office in Brussels from time to time.
