Your mission
You will be at the heart of the action, working on transactions that matter to founders, CEOs, and investors across Belgium.
You will support the preparation of financial analyses and valuation materials, from three-statement models and DCFs to transaction and trading multiples, as well as dashboards and market analyses.
You will contribute to M&A operations and fundraising processes, helping prepare information memoranda, investment notes, teaser documents, and board materials.
You will participate in financial due diligence and strategic reviews, helping to analyze company performance, business plans, and market positioning.
You will collaborate closely with legal and governance experts, learning how financial, contractual, and shareholder aspects intersect in real transactions.
You will contribute to business development by supporting the preparation of pitch materials, market mappings, and content such as articles or newsletters.
Who you are
Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field, ideally in the final stage of your studies.
Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, and entrepreneurship, previous internship experience in corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity or VC is a strong plus.
Solid analytical skills and excellent command of Excel and the Office suite, comfortable with financial statements and valuation techniques.
Native French speaker, fluent in English (Dutch is a real plus).
