Alexia joined deminor NXT/dups in September 2024, bringing a strong academic foundation in business and finance, and a growing passion for supporting entrepreneurs through strategic transactions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from KU Leuven, followed by a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School. Her academic journey reflects a clear focus on financial strategy and corporate decision-making.
During her studies, Alexia participated in Capitant’s Investment Banking Track, where she deepened her understanding of M&A, valuation, and deal execution. She combines analytical rigour with a hands-on mindset, making her a valuable contributor to fundraising and acquisition projects.
At dups, Alexia supports startups and SMEs with financial modelling, investor preparation, and transaction support. She works closely with entrepreneurs to help them move fast, stay sharp, and make confident decisions at every stage of their growth.
