Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Double Master’s degree in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Management School and Louvain School of Management. He specialised in Private Equity and M&A, writing his thesis on governance mechanisms as a value creation driver for private equity-backed companies.
Throughout his academic journey, Thomas gained hands-on experience through internships at Impact Expansion, M80 Partners, Stratego Finance, and Degroof Petercam. These experiences exposed him to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, fundraising processes, and value creation strategies across different stages of growth.
Thomas joined dups in January 2025 as a Financial Analyst to support Belgian entrepreneurs through pivotal growth phases. He contributes to deal execution, financial modelling, and strategic analysis, helping entrepreneurs prepare for fundraising, acquisitions, and exits with clarity and confidence.
