• You will be at the heart of the action, working on transactions that matter to founders, CEOs, and investors across Belgium.
• You will draft and negotiate the documents that shape deals, from term sheets to closing agreements, and guide clients through every legal step of their capital raises, acquisitions, and exits.
• You will dive into legal due diligence, help structure deals, and make sure every transaction runs smoothly from first meeting to final signature.
• You will help design stock option plans and incentive schemes, making a real difference for management teams.
• You will collaborate with financial experts and entrepreneurs, learning from every deal and seeing the direct impact of your work.

• Master’s in Law with 3+ years in Corporate/M&A at a top-tier firm.
• Native French speaker, fluent in English (Dutch is a real plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you want to build, not just execute.
• Strong negotiator and strategist, comfortable with client leadership.
• Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative (a real team player).
• Admission to the American Bar is a real plus.
